Who are we?We are a 'not-for-profit' pressure and lobby group seeking to promote best practice in the supply of United Kingdom broadband services. This is to enable users to take advantage of broadband's full potential. Most members are consumers of ntl:home services. Many are annoyed over the method by which the cap was introduced, with no prior consultation or warning, by ntl:home simply posting a changed policy to its website. Most have concerns that they can no longer freely use the service they subscribed to. We consider it a very sharp business practice to attract users and later adversely change the contract and service conditions, especially in a hushed up, and in our view unfair, manner.Our other members are simply interested in this issue and wish to voice their concerns over the future of broadband services in the United Kingdom. |
